Frequently Asked Questions
How would you describe your style?
There is a balance of spontaneity and careful consideration in the way we work, and as a team, we have a clear vision of how we approach each event. We’ll work with your planner, venue and vendors and use our experience of over 10 years to make it as stress-free as possible. We love using the groom and bridal prep to capture beautiful portraits of the bride and groom and of course those romantic couple portraits after the ceremony in a relaxed, editorial style. By always having at least two photographers on the day, we’ll ensure that all the details are captured and we get alternative angles during the key moments of the day.
What is the booking process?
We only take on a limited number of wedding per year that are booked with a deposit and a signed contract. Once you have selected your package and any additional services, we will be in touch with a complete quotation and contract for your event to sign electronically. Upon accepting the quote, you will receive a second email to secure your date with the deposit. The full balance is due one month prior to your event but we do offer monthly payment plan options. We will then be in touch in the run to up to your day to discuss the finer details, however you are welcome to reach out to us at any time.
Do you travel?
Absolutely, we love destination weddings and it’s always very inspiring for us shooting at these locations! We are a very international team (including native Italian and Russian speakers), with an innate love for traveling and we have photographed all over Europe and in South East Asia.
What products do you offer?
We create luxurious heirloom albums for our clients that range from 10×10″ to large 16×12″ formats. Each one is lovingly handmade on a bespoke basis and can be customised in a range of colours and materials, selected for their timeless quality and printed on fine art paper using archival quality inks. Each client’s online gallery is also seamlessly integrated with our Print Store for quick and easy online ordering of prints, canvases and frames.
How will the images be delivered?
We deliver a sneak peek edit within a few days and the full edit will be available within three months via a private online gallery, although we always try to deliver earlier if possible. If you require your images sooner, you can request our Express service to have a 24hr press edit or all your images within two weeks. Please note, we do not give out our RAW images files.
What equipment do you use?
We use mirrorless cameras with flash lighting. We shoot digital because it gives us the ability to capture your day more freely and naturally. By staying up to date and investing in modern full frame cameras we make sure our gear is very reliable, performs well in all types of lighting and does not limit the number of frames we can take. It also means we can be more accommodating to client requests in post-production and deliver the images quickly, if needed.
