Fran Rios London

Fran Rios is a London based independent wedding dress and bridal fashion designer. Her aesthetic is fresh and elegant and with a focus on sublime fabrics and impeccable tailoring, Fran has become a very sought after designer who is proud to produce all her designs in London.

Originally from Spain, Fran grew up surrounded by needles, threads, sewing machines and patterns, as her mother was a very talented tailoress and seamstress.

“The sound of the scissors cutting fabric and the sewing machine on, has been the soundtrack of my life, I just love it. “I remember when I was a little girl, I used to stare at my mum while teaching pattern cutting to the ladies at home and think: wow, mum does magic!, She can create beautiful dresses just from drawing some lines on paper!”

Fran finished her studies in Spain with a Degree in Fashion and moved to London in her early twenties, to study a Masters Degree in Costume Design, after which, she spent nearly three years mastering her pattern cutting expertise before deciding to go solo.

Fran has shared a new view to brides when looking for their dream dress. She works closely and individually with each of them so they can truly enjoy the wonderful and creative process.
