It’s such a privilege to share these beautiful images, created by an exceptionally talented team of wedding suppliers on location at Clevedon Hall. The result is breathtaking, with an abundance of flowers, truly beautiful fashion and a setting layered with thoughtful and considered styling elements.
Concept and design was a collaboration between floral designers Blue Sky Flowers and Mark Howe Flowers, wedding planner Emily of Emily Charlotte and photographer Camilla Joy, whose imagination allowed them to lovingly and romantically recreate a garden and outdoor scene, in side the beautiful light-filled space of this glorious Somerset wedding venue.
Alongside the work of Blue Sky Flowers, we are also delighted to feature another of our highly recommended suppliers, Lucca Studios, who created the beautiful stationery for the shoot.
Beautiful film production by The Wedding Filmmakers and words that follow are by planner, Emily Charlotte. Enjoy!

“This concept of our editorial project was to reaffirm to couples that a wedding need not be confined to an outdoor space to be magnificent, immersive, and abundant in florals…”
“It was also important to us that our editorial felt timeless. Poet Ralph Waldo Emerson once said about roses, ‘There is no time to them. There is simply the rose; it is perfect in every moment of its existence.’ It therefore made perfect sense for us to centre our plans around exquisites roses, cherished for their classic neutral hue, and inviting the romance of the garden indoors.”

“With imagination and talent, a beautiful rose garden can be reimagined and brought to life within any indoor venue. Our talented floral stylists understand how to work with space, light and season and created something that felt beautifully considered, immersive and was visually breathtaking. They used the space to its maximum capacity – there was beauty unfurling in even the most unexpected of places….”
“From the outset, the focus was on creating something immersive and visually impactful. A statement floral installation framed the couple, while a visually head turning entertainment element, designed for guests, and considered production details added depth and warmth to the space.”
“We embraced a maximalist approach, with an abundance of flowers, a cake with height, a full skirted bridal gown and overflowing table centrepieces. This was never intended to be understated – we wanted to create something beautifully elaborate but reproducable in real life too.
“We wanted the final look to feel rich in texture and luxurious in style, striking a careful balance between classical influences and a modern edge, particularly in the bride’s dresses and accessories.”
The Editorial Story
“Our couple’s story didn’t begin on a dating app or during a chance encounter at a bar, but at a family garden party in Shropshire.”
“With a shared love of nature and gardening, the bride drew much of her wedding inspiration from summers spent in her grandmother’s garden, where the scent of Rosa Constance Spry roses filled the air. She also wanted to recreate the atmosphere of the garden party they met at, drawing on her treasured memories of floral abundance, colour and scent.”
“Set within the breathaking Somerset countryside, Clevedon Hall was chosen for its connection to the groom’s family roots in the area. Built in 1852 and originally known as Frankfort Hall, the property has served as a family home and later as a girls’ school, before becoming the exquisite wedding and events venue it is today.”
“Inside Clevedon Hall, painterly wallpaper and garden inspired murals hang majestically on walls, bringing an element of the outside in. This connection between house and garden inspired the idea of recreating a rose garden within the Great Hall, bringing together our couple’s story and their shared love of the natural world in a way that felt considered, authentic, intentional and re-creatable for anyone inspired by our shoot.”
