To ensure a transparent and mutually beneficial collaboration, please review our guidelines for product submissions and reviews:

1) Turnaround Time and Disclosure:

  • Our review process involves thorough testing, photography, and writing, which can take several weeks to months, depending on the product category. Skincare products, for example, typically require 4-6 weeks of testing to provide meaningful reviews, while makeup reviews generally have a faster turnaround.
  • If your product review is time-sensitive, such as for a specific launch or limited edition collection, please disclose this upfront, as our editorial calendar is planned weeks to months in advance.
  • Once a review is complete, we will promptly provide you with the review and social media links for your reference.

2) Product Selection and Sensitivity:

  • While we strive to feature a wide range of products, please understand that we cannot guarantee that every submitted product will be featured.
  • In cases where a product causes skin sensitivity or allergic reactions during testing, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our reviewers, and the product will not be featured on Beautisserie.

3) Transparency in Reviews and Sponsorship:

  • Beautisserie upholds the principle of transparency and integrity in all our reviews.
  • We do not accept payment or press samples in exchange for positive reviews. Any content that adheres to specific brand guidelines constitutes a sponsored post, and such agreements must be mutually agreed upon.
  • Sponsored posts and reviews involving press samples will be clearly and prominently disclosed to adhere to legal guidelines and our commitment to full transparency.

4) Review Integrity:

  • We maintain the integrity of our reviews and do not make changes at the request of a brand or PR agency. Our reviews are honest assessments of our experiences with the products.
  • Exceptions are made for correcting factual errors about the product, fixing broken links, or including objective product information essential to the review.
  • We neither submit reviews for approval prior to publication nor edit the content post-publication.

5) Product Requirements:

  • Beautisserie requires full-size products in their original retail packaging for review purposes. Sample packets and deluxe samples do not provide sufficient product for comprehensive reviews.
  • Our readers appreciate knowing precisely what they will receive if they decide to purchase the featured products.

6) Sales and Wholesale Inquiries:

  • Beautisserie does not engage in the sale of products. Therefore, emails related to deep discounts and wholesale pricing for resale will not be entertained and will be deleted.

7) Honest Opinions and Disclosure:

  • Receipt of products for review does not guarantee a favorable review, nor does it grant companies or PR agencies the right to edit or pre-approve the review content.
  • We express our honest opinions, and we always disclose when items have been provided for the purpose of review.
