Skip to point 4 below for instructions on how to submit a real wedding and editorial content.
Please note, we always prioritise publication of the work of our directory members.
For us, weddings are pure magic – celebrations filled with love and joy, gatherings of families and friends, unforgettable moments that remind us of what truly matters in life. It’s an incredible privilege to be able to share other people’s weddings with our community because we know how much heart, emotion, and meaning go into every single one.
We are also hugely passionate about championing the incredible talent within the British and global wedding industry. From beautiful and inspiring photoshoots to creative campaigns and editorial work, we love shining a light on the skill, dedication, and artistry of those who pour their hearts into making each wedding meaningful and unique.

1. What Are We Looking For?
- Ideally, weddings that have happened within the past 12 months (though we’re always flexible)
- Some basic information to help us learn a little more about the wedding, including date, location/venue and key supplier detail – particularly the dress and a little about the day itself – just a short paragraph is absolutely great – but share as much as you like.
- We adore decor and detail, but we’re always more interested in emotive images that capture human connection, joy, celebration and love. That said, we always love to see how a couple have injected their personality into their wedding day; decor, detail, fashion, chosen ceremony readings, detail and decisions during planning that express their unique love for one another.
- We share more portrait aspect images than we do landscape – but recommend an 80/20 (portrait/landscape) mix.
2. Do You Publish Editorials & Photoshoots?
We only consider editorials and photoshoots for publication if it means we will be supporting one or more of our wedding directory members.
We don’t consider photography workshop images for publication.
3. What about diverse and inclusive weddings?
We warmly welcome all submissions and are committed to reflecting the true diversity of love and marriage. We’re especially keen to feature weddings from underrepresented and minority communities, as well as celebrations that honour individuality in every form.
We also love to showcase mature couples, different body types, and the many unique stories that make each wedding special.

4. How do I submit and how long will it take to publish?
Please submit up to 25 low-res images via straight-forward email attachment to [email protected]. Please ensure your images don’t contain any visible watermark or borders.
Please do not send Zip files, Wetransfer or Dropbox etc at this stage. Simple attachments at this submission stage are what we’re looking for.
Please try to ensure your email subject line starts with the word ‘Submission’.
We will let you know if your submission has been accepted or declined via email – currently, you can expect to hear back from us within 3 working days. If accepted, you will receive further instructions and a questionnaire to pass on to the bride/couple.
Once we have received the full wedding and completed questionnaire – you can expect to wait between 4 and 6 weeks for the content to be published – though this is subject to some variation. We will always prioritise publication of the work of our directory members.
5. Do you have an exclusivity policy?
We kindly ask for full exclusivity before your feature is published on Love My Dress, as our platform’s unique appeal relies on sharing content that hasn’t appeared elsewhere.
Once your feature has gone live with us, please wait three months before submitting the content to any other blogs or platforms.
Thank you so much for your understanding and support – we truly appreciate it.
